140 years of icy storm:Snow fell to 5 feet in 48 hours; 2400 flights canceled, 3.5 million people affected by icy storm

  The icy storm knocked in the US for the second time in a month.  Which broke the previous 140-year record.  Snow covered up to 5 feet in 48 hours in 6 states, including Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.  This led to the closure of more than 80 highways.  More than 2400 flights had to be canceled in two days.
